Changes to Terms and Conditions

Prospector Pro reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms & Conditions" link located on thefooter of all Prospector Pro website pages. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Prospector Pro website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Any information submitted on the Prospector Pro website is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. 

Cancellation

You may cancel your registration to Prospector Pro at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. To cancel, log in to your account and click on the "Delete Profile" link.

Website Content

The Prospector Pro website allows you to post reviews or comments concerning the products distributed by us. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information, opinion, advice, or other content available through the Prospector Pro website. We permit you to post reviews on the Prospector Pro website in accordance with the procedures established on the Prospector Pro website and provided that the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable to us. In posting such content, you agree not to use a false email address or otherwise mislead us or others regarding the origin of such content. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content at anytime without notice.

Prospector Pro is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, techniques or any other material contained in any communication you may send to Prospector Pro ("Content"), including, without limitation, through postings to the Prospector Pro website without further compensation, acknowledgement or payment to you for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving the Prospector Pro website or other websites. Furthermore, by posting any Content on our site, submitting Content to us, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free irrevocable license to display, use, reproduce or modify that information.

By registering with Prospector Pro, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Prospector Pro. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., shipping and other transactional information) and may include information concerning or related to our products, such as promotional information or offerings. These communications are part of your relationship with Prospector Pro and you may receive them as part of your Prospector Pro registration. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

Your Conduct on the Prospector Pro Website

By accessing the Prospector Pro website, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Prospector Pro website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Prospector Pro website or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Prospector Pro website, the terms of which are incorporated herein. You also agree not to impersonate any other person while using the Prospector Pro website, conduct yourself in a vulgar or offensive manner while using our service, or use the Prospector Pro website for any unlawful purpose.

Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

Prices

Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of ordering plus any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges. Prospector Pro reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Prospector Pro website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear. 

All funds are in Canadian dollars.

Product Availability

Although Prospector Pro makes every effort to ship your order within two business days of receiving your order, shipping dates may vary based on product supply. If the estimated shipping date changes, Prospector Pro will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date. 

Prospector Pro makes every effort to supply you with the products you order; however, there may be occasions when Prospector Pro confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products either at all or in the quantities ordered. In this circumstance, Prospector Pro will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Prospector Pro may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Prospector Pro will cancel the order for products that it cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
